The Will O' Dale house is located on Fox Lane next door to the Hay Harbor Club house, near the Mansion Houses, minutes away from the Village green, yacht club, rummage sales, and supermarket, and 10 minutes from the ferry.

Summer rentals preferably last 1-2 months long, however holiday and special occasion (weddings, birthdays, weekend getaways, or as a film set) short term rentals may be arranged depending on availability. Half of the house is winterized for the colder months (including two of the master bedrooms, three cubbies with full beds, two baths, a study, kitchen and dining space, art/living room with double height ceilings, and moroccan-influenced tower with 180° west-facing, sunset views over New London Sound).
